The board, narrowed to your city and the things you actually go to. Follow the organizers worth following, and see which of your contacts is already going before you decide.

Card or wallet in dollars. telebirr, CBE Birr or M-PESA in birr. The price on the listing is the price you pay — our commission comes out of the sale, never added on top at checkout.

Walk in on a code that keeps moving
The code on your ticket is rewritten every thirty seconds, so a screenshot sent to a friend is dead long before they reach the door. It scans once. The second time, it is refused.
Changed your mind? Sell the seat on, any time until doors.

Or host it yourself.
Anyone can host on ክስተት. The same app you buy tickets in is the one you sell them from, and there is nothing to pay until somebody buys one.

Both rails, nothing to set up
Dollar events settle through Stripe, birr events through Chapa. Which one you get is decided by the city you are throwing it in.

Scan tickets at the entrance and watch sold, checked-in and still-out move while the night runs.
Pay people to fill it
Turn on promoters and anyone sharing your link earns a cut you set, tracked per sale and paid out with the rest.

List your spaces and organizers come to you with a date, a headcount and a budget. Accept from the console and the calendar blocks itself. Sell at the counter, scan at the door, and watch the take move while the night is still running.
One flat 12%, no listing fee and no monthly. Your door staff get their own logins and cannot touch the money.
The price on the listing is the price you pay
Our 12% comes out of the sale, not out of your card on top of it. No booking fee appears between the board and the checkout.
Resold, not refunded
Birr settles to the organizer the moment you pay, so a ticket you cannot use is resold rather than refunded — never above what you paid, and you are paid when it sells. US events refund in full until doors instead.
Paid on the rail you already use
Birr moves through telebirr, CBE Birr and M-PESA. Dollars move by card or wallet. The organizer’s share is separated at the moment of payment.
